The purpose of the PRCA is to promote, enhance, support, and contribute to the ropes course industry worldwide. This is accomplished by the development of industry standards for ropes challenge courses and canopy tours / zip line tours. Standards include installation, inspection, operation, training, and certification standards. The Professional Ropes Course Association also provides ongoing development of operational, construction, inspection, Accredited Vendor reviews, and training standards for the ropes challenge course industry.

Registration:
The PRCA Annual Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma is shaping up nicely.  Those interested in registering for the conference may still do so via FAX to 815-637-2964 up until Tuesday, January 13, 2012, 12PM Central Time.  After that, all registrations need to be done electronically or in person at the conference. At $175 for members or $250 for non-members (tip: become a member for $50 and save $25 on registration fees), this is a great stimulus price for a 3 day professional conference. More manageable presentation sizes also makes this a great networking and in-depth conference full of rich conversation from leading industry professionals.
